Description:
- Manage and maintain the OneStream (EPM) platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement solutions within the OneStream platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for financial reporting and planning.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users of the platform.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards within the platform.
- Work closely with the technology team to integrate OneStream with other systems.
- Regularly update and maintain documentation for processes and configurations.
Requirements:
A successful OneStream (EPM) Administrator / Manager should have:
- Proven experience working with OneStream or similar enterprise performance management (EPM) tools.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements within the property industry.
- Technical expertise in managing, maintaining, and customising OneStream solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to provide training and support to users.
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
