- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues or concerns.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the team in achieving customer service targets and goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
