Description:
- Lead and manage the credit control team to meet performance targets and objectives.
- Oversee credit risk assessments and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and present credit reports to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement and improve credit policies and procedures.
- Resolve escalated payment disputes and queries effectively.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills.
Requirements:
A successful Credit Team Lead should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in credit management within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial systems and credit management tools.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
