Ere Perez is a globally loved clean beauty brand, and we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes beauty, understands the fast-moving world of social platforms, and knows how to turn ideas into engaging content that builds community and drives brand love.
About the role
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll own and execute the day-to-day activity across our core social channels - with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok . You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, monitoring, and optimising content that reflects our brand, drives engagement, and supports our global marketing goals.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and creatively driven , with an eye for beauty, trends, and storytelling.
Day to day responsibilities
· Manage all social media channels with a major focus on Instagram and TikTok.
· Build monthly social calendars aligned with brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments.
· Create, brief, and guide content - including short-form video, UGC briefs, and storytelling formats.
· Stay ahead of social trends, audio, content styles, and beauty conversations.
· Understand and follow who’s who in the Australian beauty influencer space - from rising creators to established voices, emerging trends, popular formats, and key beauty conversations.
· Work collaboratively with Creative, Marketing, eComm, and PR teams to bring campaigns to life.
· Engage daily with our community: respond, moderate, and nurture genuine connections.
· Leverage AI tools for content ideation, editing, scheduling, analytics, and workflow efficiency.
· Identify influencers, creators, and partners for collaboration - with strong knowledge of who resonates locally.
· Monitor performance analytics and deliver insights + actionable recommendations.
· Maintain brand consistency and uphold our clean-beauty values across all channels.
· Analyse performance via monthly reporting – what’s working what’s not, sharing with the broader team
· Own overall social media strategy, understanding how to leverage content differently on each platform based on their persona
What we’re looking for
· 2+ years experience in social media, ideally in beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle.
· A genuine beauty buff - you naturally keep up with products, launches, routines, and creators.
· Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok best practices and trends.
· Familiarity with the Australian beauty influencer landscape - who’s who, who’s trending, who aligns with clean beauty, and who your favourite creators are.
· Experience creating or overseeing short-form video content.
· Knowledge of AI tools and how to leverage them to speed up creative and admin workflows.
· Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage content independently.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to commute to the Bondi office .
· Passion for clean beauty and the Ere Perez brand is a huge plus.
