Looking for an energetic, marketeer to join our expanding Ere Perez family. Full time, office-based role in BONDI BEACH (yes you read that right!)! Join our small team of 25 passionate individuals developing clean beauty products for our loyal fan base all over the world. About the role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketing activity and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to brief, and to a high standard. You will work closely with our Marketing Lead, PR Lead, and Creative Lead, as well as external agencies, to coordinate campaigns across multiple channels.
You will also be responsible for maximising brand news - such as award wins, product launches, partnerships, and press coverage - ensuring amplification across B2C and B2B channels.
This is a hands-on executional and project management role - ideal for someone who enjoys making plans happen.
Key responsibilities:
Campaign & project management
- Lead campaign planning and execution from brief through to delivery and post-campaign reporting
- Manage timelines, milestones, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including PR, creative, socials, eCommerce, and sales
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure alignment across all teams
- Track campaign performance and recommend optimisations
Social media management
- Manage and lead the organic social media strategy across all socials channels (with potential to manage agency if outsourced)
- Brief agencies clearly and hold them accountable to KPIs and timelines
- Coordinate deliverables, approvals, and performance reporting
- Repurpose and amplify coverage, reviews, and award wins
- Work collaboratively with PR lead on influencers and partnerships
Content & Channel Coordination
- Support execution across email, social, website, wholesale partners, and retail marketing
- Turn awards, launches, and press mentions into multi-channel content (ensuring news is maximised across all channels – b2b and b2c).
- Work with Creative Lead to brief and deliver assets
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across B2B and B2C platforms
- Support sales team with marketing tools and communication when relevant
General Marketing Operations
- Support creation and implementation of go-to-market plans
- Assist with internal and external event coordination where required
- Maintain budgets, invoices, and campaign admin as needed
About you:

Essential experience
- 2+ years in a marketing coordination, executive, or manager role
- 1+ year Experience in social media management
- Strong project management skills
- Experience managing agencies or freelancers
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Strong written communication and briefing ability
- Comfort working across B2B and B2C environments
