Description:

As a Recruitment Consultant, your most valuable asset is your network. You will build & maintain relationships with business leaders and exceptional talent, making connections between the two and building a personal brand of exceptional service and market expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
  • Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Becoming an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends
  • Guiding clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process, influencing a positive outcome
  • Collaborating within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.

Requirements:

You will have access to our detailed and intentional training program, that will teach you everything you need to know about Recruitment. We look for drive, tenacity, team work and a hunger for success! If you have 1-5 years' experience in any of the following...Retail

Outbound sales - F2F sales or telesales

Account management

Appointment setting

Business development

Lead generation
