Description:
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee cash flow management and financial planning activities.

Requirements:
A successful Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA or CA) are highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in multiple finance ERPs and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead a team of 3.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
