Description:
- Hands-on management of all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and financial systems.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Lead and mentor a team of three.
- Provide strategic financial advice to CFO to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with external auditors and stakeholders as required.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
Requirements:
A successful Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA or CA.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in a related sector to pharmaceuticals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of accounting packages and excel.
