Description:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the effective management of the finance function, with key duties including:

Full balance sheet ownership and month-end close -
Oversight of day-to-day finance operations including AP, AR and payroll -
Managing and developing a small onshore team with offshore transactional support -
Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance -
Supporting half-year and year-end accounts, including audit requirements -
Driving continuous improvement across finance processes and systems
Requirements:

CA or CPA qualified -
Proven experience in a hands-on Finance Manager role -
Strong technical accounting capability across payroll, AP/AR, inventory and leases -
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment -
Advanced Excel skills and strong systems capability (NetSuite experience desirable) -
Confident communicator with a practical, collaborative leadership style
