Description:

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the effective management of the finance function, with key duties including:



  • Full balance sheet ownership and month-end close


  • Oversight of day-to-day finance operations including AP, AR and payroll


  • Managing and developing a small onshore team with offshore transactional support


  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance


  • Supporting half-year and year-end accounts, including audit requirements


  • Driving continuous improvement across finance processes and systems

Requirements:



  • CA or CPA qualified


  • Proven experience in a hands-on Finance Manager role


  • Strong technical accounting capability across payroll, AP/AR, inventory and leases


  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment


  • Advanced Excel skills and strong systems capability (NetSuite experience desirable)


  • Confident communicator with a practical, collaborative leadership style
