Queensland State Archives has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in the development and creation of digital media content that draws on Queensland State Archives’ collection and connects Queenslanders to the largest documentary heritage collection in Queensland.If you have experience in creating digital media content for a variety of online channels, exhibitions and corporate documents, then we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for an experienced digital media specialist to make the archives and the archival collection accessible to audiences through the development and creation of content that draws on Queensland State Archives' collection.
You will work in a diverse team and engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
In This Role You Will
- develop engaging digital media content that will increase access to the archival collection
- develop video content based on the stories within the archival collection
- provide creative and technical expertise to exhibition and public programming, as required
- support and provide advice on the development of online content
- develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and external and internal stakeholders
- support teams across the organisation with customer-focused communications written content, visual design, video
- promote an environment of collaboration and teamwork to achieve quality outcomes within agreed performance measures.
