Description:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing in compliance with Australian regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, benefits, and entitlements.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide advice and support to clients on payroll-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and industry standards.
  • Handle payroll reporting and reconciliation tasks.
  • Assist in the resolution of payroll discrepancies and queries.

Requirements:

A successful Payroll Executive should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in payroll processing within the professional services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Conditions:
