Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for optimizing warehouse operations? We are on the lookout for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this key position, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, safety, and compliance within our warehouse. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will not only oversee daily operations but also lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

A day in the life… Warehouse Supervisor
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Safety Leadership: Champion occupational health and safety (OH&S) practices, promoting a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct incident investigations and ensure reporting protocols are effectively implemented.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop your team, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- SOP Compliance: Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational disciplines, maintaining high standards of housekeeping and inventory management.
- Inventory Control: Oversee inventory processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment while minimizing waste and losses.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Inventory Management, Health and Safety, and external stakeholders to drive operational success.
What will make you successful
- Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role or similar, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP and intermediate knowledge of Excel. Valid forklift ticket is essential.
- Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. You lead by example and cultivate a collaborative work environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Safety Focus: A commitment to safety-first practices, demonstrating a proactive approach to health and safety issues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
