Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
-
End-to-end accounts payable processing -
High-volume invoice processing across multiple cost centres -
2-way and 3-way matching (PO and non-PO invoices) -
Vendor statement reconciliations and query resolution -
Payment runs and EFT processing -
Handling supplier queries professionally and efficiently -
Maintaining accurate AP records and supporting month-end close -
Compliance with internal controls and mining industry requirements -
Working closely with site teams, procurement, and operations

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
-
Proven experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role -
SAP experience (essential) -
Background in mining, resources, construction, or heavy industry (highly regarded) -
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes -
Confident communication skills for supplier and internal stakeholder engagement -
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment -
A proactive, team-focused approach
