Description:
- Lead and manage the Queensland branch, overseeing sales, service, spare parts, and administration teams (8-10 direct reports)
- Own branch performance, driving revenue growth, margin control, and EBIT outcomes
- Ensure safe, efficient day-to-day operations, maintaining strong compliance and safety standards
- Support and enable the sales team with commercial guidance, quoting oversight, and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across power generation, lighting, and renewables
- Develop, retain, and motivate a high-performing team through clear leadership and accountability
- Act as the senior on-site leader, providing structure, consistency, and operational discipline
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading a branch or operational team within power generation, industrial services, or a related technical environment
- Strong people leadership skills with a measured, consistent, and safety-first management style
- Solid commercial acumen, with the ability to manage margins, support quoting, and drive profitable outcomes
- Technical understanding of diesel generators, lighting towers, or electro-mechanical equipment.
- Customer-focused, confident engaging with key clients and supporting sales outcomes
- Stable career history, demonstrating maturity, accountability, and the ability to retain and develop teams
