The Internal Sales Support is responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate and process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data in internal systems.
- Communicate with clients to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Support the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the supply chain team to manage stock requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
A successful Internal Sales Support should have:
- Previous experience in a internal sales support or administrative role, ideally within the Retail industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
