Description:

The Internal Sales Support is responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate and process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales data in internal systems.
  • Communicate with clients to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the supply chain team to manage stock requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

A successful Internal Sales Support should have:

  • Previous experience in a internal sales support or administrative role, ideally within the Retail industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Conditions:

On offer for the successful Internal Sales Support

  • Competitive annual salary between AUD 70,000 and AUD 80,000 plus superannuation.
