Description:

As a Recruitment Consultant, your most valuable asset is your network. You will build & maintain relationships with Finance Leaders leaders and exceptional talent, making connections between the two and building a personal brand of exceptional service and market expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
  • Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Becoming an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends
  • Guiding clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process, influencing a positive outcome
  • Collaborating within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.

Requirements:



We are looking for junior accountants or audit professionals to join our Finance Recruitment team and become part of our future success story. If you have 1-3 years' experience in Finance and have the following attributes, we would love to hear from you:Target-driven and motivated to perform at your best

Tenacious, confident with initiating conversations with customers

Commercially minded, able to identify sales opportunities in every day conversations

Capacity for high workload and ability to prioritise multiple conflicting deadlines
