Description:
- Own the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes
- Deliver monthly management reporting, including variance analysis, insights, and recommendations
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support pricing, promotions, product launches, and growth initiatives
- Partner with commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to drive margin improvement and cost optimisation
- Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics aligned to PE value-creation plans
- Support board reporting, investor updates, and PE reporting requirements
- Provide scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to support strategic decision-making
- Continuously improve FP&A processes, systems, and reporting tools as the business scales
Requirements:
- CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- 3-5+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management reporting roles
- Exposure to PE-backed, high-growth, or fast-paced environments highly advantageous
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.) a plus
- Confident business partner with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
