Description:

In your new role as Documentation Officer, you will ensure effective and efficient generation of loan document generation to optimise customer satisfaction.

Key accountabilities include, but not limited to:

  • Generate loan documentation
  • Manage and control the Customer Service/Settlement inbox
  • Prepare finance quotes according to program parameters
  • Undertake a range of customer contact activity, including management of customer queries, issues and complaints including escalations and follow-ups
  • May process settlements
  • Undertake a range of activity to ensure legal compliance and behavioural, ethical and procedural compliance with Kubota policies, procedures and guidelines and relevant organisational policies and procedures
  • Prepare a range of reporting, such as reporting on compliance activity for appropriate authorities (as required)
  • Undertake a range of general administration tasks (as directed)
  • Undertake other duties within the limits of knowledge, skills and experience (as directed)

Requirements

To excel in this role, your resume will include:

  • Demonstrate an excellent applied understanding of lending processes
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Australian and New Zealand legislative and regulatory requirements including AML/CTF Act, Privacy Act, and National Credit Code
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive and productive professional relationships, including with customers
  • Highly developed organisational skills evidenced by a track history of meeting agreed deadlines and standard through effective coordination of workflow and prioritisation of work
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy/quality
  • Well developed interpersonal skills and proven communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills
  • Well developed conceptual and problem-solving capability
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and busy team environment
  • Proven ability to monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
