Job summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Business Analyst to join our Global Revenue & Customer Solutions team. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of user stories — from gathering requirements and defining acceptance criteria to supporting production deployment. You’ll work cross-functionally with business users, solution architects, and engineering teams to drive impactful solutions that support business operations.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with Technical Services stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Conduct thorough analysis of current-state processes and identify areas for digital enablement and improvement.
Elicit, document, and validate detailed functional, non functional and technical documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and data models.
Partner with developers, administrators, architects and cross functional IT teams to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance system usability, and optimize business process through technology
Ensure system documentation, system process mapping, and change management practices are maintained.
Facilitate user acceptance testing with identified users and obtain sign off for implementation.
Provide training, demo, guidance, and support to business users on system capabilities, features and enhancements.
Provide post implementation support and ensure prompt resolution of reported issues.
Ability to partner with cross-functional teams across multiple different time zones.
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of stories, including planning, execution, testing, deployment and post deployment support.
Facilitate project meetings, identify risks and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies and communication plans.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate solution effectiveness and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Maintain system integrity, data quality, and performance through adherence to best practices and governance frameworks.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience :
8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
Strong business acumen with customer first mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills
Work effectively in a remote setting, collaborating with remote and global team members across multiple time zones to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
5+ years of experience with enterprise systems – preferably Service Cloud, Oracle ERP
Experience in supporting service or manufacturing business.
