Queensland Shared Services (QSS) is seeking a committed customer centric leader to deliver payroll business support; training; IT system maintenance and recruitment administration service excellence. You will support the positioning of QSS as a service provider of choice for the future and collaborate with the Director Payroll Services to achieve business results. The Director, HR Services will be a strategic leader, a collaborator with an inclusive leadership style able to lead and improve shared services payroll service delivery and recruitment administration. You will possess strong stakeholder and customer focused engagement skills. We are not looking for a payroll, recruitment or systems expert; we are looking for a leadership expert. Importantly you will be able to maintain effective strategic partnerships and collaborative relationships, focused on people leadership.Do you have expertise in effectively leading large teams? Do you enjoy leading large statewide service delivery teams where the customer comes first, second and third – while improving and innovating services? Do you have experience leading teams through change and periods of organisational transformation?

- A salary package from $166,623 to $174,339 per annum plus 12.75% employer superannuation contributions and 17.5% leave loading (total remuneration value from $190,387 to $199,204).
