Description:

  • Manage the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Preparation of key reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Ensuring the organisation adheres to accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Handling of general ledger (Assets, Liabilities, Equity, Revenue, Expenses)
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decisions.
  • Ongoing analysis of financial data to support management.
  • Daily use of the SAP System for reconciliations and reporting.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CA.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in the construction industry or a related sector.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP system preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Conditions:

  • Salary package $115,000 to $120,000 plus superannuation, pending experience.
  • Permanent position located in Port Melbourne.
