QLeave is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our high performing Customer and Frontline Services team in Brisbane’s North.
About The Role
As the Executive Assistant you will provide confidential, high level executive support to the Executive Director, Customer and Frontline Services, supporting the achievement of the strategic and operational goals.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- manage workflow actions to implement decisions arising from Board meetings, including preparing Board papers and memoranda on behalf of the Executive Director
- support informed decision making by analysing current and historical information to brief the Executive Director
- proactively manage the Executive Director's diary and emails
- establish strong partnerships with the General Manager, Executive Leadership Team, Senior Leadership Team and Board Secretariat.

- self-manage and take initiative
- coordinate outcomes and deliverables of the operational and strategic plan
- liaise with managers, executives, senior officers and ministerial staff to source data and information
- prepare comprehensive and accurate documentation, correspondence and presentations
- respond to and manage the flow of correspondence and documentation within strict timeframes
- can understand QLeave's operational success factors and assess and provide recommendations in relation to these factors.
