- 1 year of experience with developing growth strategies in the creative or media industries.
- Experience in working with executives and cross-functionally across different levels of management.
- Experience in managing agreements or partnerships.
- 3 years of experience with developing growth strategies in the creative or media industries.
- Experience in managing end-to-end partnerships.
- Experience with working in a changing and collaborative environment.
- Ability to identify business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with partners.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop separate growth strategies for a portfolio of creators, media companies and creator service providers. Focus on audience development, content optimization, and maximizing business generation opportunities.
- Analyze channel performance data to identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations, leveraging YouTube Analytics.
- Promote relationships with creators, maintaining open communication to understand their goals and tests.
- Guide creators on best practices for YouTube business generation, including business generation, brand agreements and alternative products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver workshops that address partner or category needs.
