Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality leadership journey? ibis Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking a passionate and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our vibrant outlets and deliver exceptional service in our fast-paced, 256-room hotel overlooking Darling Harbour.

Job Description

  • Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across outlets, ensuring service excellence and brand standards are consistently met.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to build a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • Support training and onboarding of new Heartists, fostering confidence and capability on the floor.
  • Assist with rostering, stock control, and cost management to support the financial performance of the department.
  • Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally, ensuring memorable guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Work closely with the wider hotel leadership team to support operational goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a team leader role within Food & Beverage or hotel operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for developing people.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with a strong focus on guest experience.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must hold full working rights in Australia.
