An exciting opportunity exists to join the Curriculum, Teaching and Learning (CTL) Production team, School Improvement Branch, as a Senior Project Officer supporting the development of video and audiovisual learning support resources.The successful applicant will be responsible for the production of high-quality video and audio resources to support teaching and learning in a range of curriculum areas.
The Senior Project Officer will play a key role in working with curriculum experts, production personnel and staff across a number of teams within Curriculum, Teaching and Learning and the broader School Improvement Branch.

Who We Want
We are seeking a creative person who can demonstrate best-practice multimedia creation, produce engaging videos, capture compelling images, and curate quality content to support the activities of the branch. Successful candidates will have experience in leading end-to-end multimedia production projects.
About The Role
The Senior Project Officer will:
- Effectively lead the development and production of instructional video and multimedia content to support the implementation of the Australian Curriculum.
- Use industry standard software, hardware, and systems in support of design and asset creation, online publishing, photography, video creation and editing.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, and attention to detail, ensuring best-practice standards and alignment with Queensland Government brand guidelines.
- Provide strategic advice on designing and delivering visual storytelling that effectively responds to audience needs.
- Collaborate with team members and business areas to gather detailed briefs, prepare production schedules, and coordinate the creation of photo and video content.
- Contribute to the development of systems and procedures to support the on-time delivery of accessible, high quality resource materials to schools.
- Contribute to briefing materials, submissions, papers, reports and correspondence.
- Undertake other duties as required to enable unit objectives to be achieved.
