Description:
- Lead and support a team of Sales Brokers to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Set monthly goals, GROW plans, and KPIs while ensuring accountability across the team.
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring, call calibrations, and performance feedback.
- Champion sales processes and ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture built on respect, communication, and ethical leadership.
- Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong team dynamics.
- Manage staffing, daily workflow, leave planning, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers, People & Culture, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Tech teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading or coaching sales teams in a KPI‑driven environment.
