Élever Media is a fast-growing, social-first creative agency working across multiple industries with a hands-on, in-house team of photographers, videographers, creatives, and strategists. We create high-quality, strategy-led content for brands that care about storytelling, growth, and impact.
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager + Content Creator to join our Sydney-based team, working from our Leichhardt office with flexible hybrid working arrangements available.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both strategy and execution, equally comfortable planning content, running shoots, managing clients, and creating content.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing client accounts and content end-to-end, including:
- Managing client accounts and relationships
- Creating content ideas, concepts, and shoot plans
- Managing shoots and running production days
- Creating monthly content calendars
- Feed planning, caption writing, editing, and scheduling
- Managing client meetings and communications
- Working closely with the Director and content team to plan and execute campaigns
- Producing short-form content including Reels, TikToks, and platform-native videos
- Supporting campaign delivery across multiple brands and industries
Secondary responsibilities include:
- Basic graphic design using Photoshop and Figma
- Basic video editing in CapCut
- Email marketing support using Klaviyo and Mailchimp
About You
- Has 1–2+ years’ experience in a similar role (agency or brand-side)
- Feels confident pitching ideas and presenting creative concepts
- Can create content across formats, graphics, short-form video, Reels, TikToks, etc.
- Understands social platforms, trends, and content performance
- Is detail-oriented, organised, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Loves being hands-on and involved in real production and campaigns
- Is comfortable being on camera and participating in content
- Thrives in fast-paced, growing environments
- Is genuinely passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing
- Wants to grow with a business
Qualifications
- Skilled in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop + InDesign
- Experience with Figma and/or Canva
- Experience with Meta Business Suite
- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify + MailChimp
- Strong proficiency in Writing and developing Content Strategies
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with audiences and team collaboration
- Creativity and an eye for design to develop visually appealing social media content
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Experience creating content and strategies across multiple social media platforms
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work effectively
