Description:
- Lead and supervise a team of Sourcing Officers and Contracts Specialists (team of 4).
- Apply category management principles to drive sourcing strategy and business outcomes.
- Initiate and lead category and sourcing initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Run and oversee RFPs / tenders, commercial negotiations and contract awards.
- Provide oversight across the full contract lifecycle, ensuring governance and compliance.
- Identify consolidation and savings opportunities across key spend categories.
- Review category trends, demand and supplier performance.
- Drive continuous improvement across the Supply function.
- Oversee Modern Slavery obligations and reporting for Supply.
- Ensure effective use of SAP, SharePoint and approved ERP systems.
Requirements:
A successful Sourcing and Contracts Supervisor should have:

Commercially minded sourcing or category management professional -
Background in mining, construction or project-based environments -
Strong SAP capability with solid Excel skills -
Strategic approach to sourcing and consolidation -
Confident leading and influencing a small team while remaining hands-on
Conditions:
