An exciting opportunity for experienced Civil Supervisor to join a well regarded civil contractor working on Tier 1 FMG, Rio Tinto projects.

The Role:
- Supervise civil construction activities, including bulk & detailed earthworks , access roads, and site preparation.
- Familiar with construction components and S26 statutory requirements.
- Plan work activities and identify hazards and controls.
- Liaise with client representatives addressing technical queries, inspections and project scheduling and deadlines.
- Execute the construction portion of project plans through detailed planning and day-to-day direction of field activities.
- Conduct and record site inspections and risk assessments (including Hazard ID, risk analysis and control)
- Communicate and report on HSE issues/incidents (e.g. toolbox meetings) and participate in the resolution of HSE issues.
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- 5 years' supervisory experience in civil construction
- FMG, Rio Tinto inducted
- Valid driver's licence
- WA Statutory Supervisor S26 Qualification
- Demonstrated experience performing Bulk & detailed earthworks civil projects
- Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills
