Join Us as a Logistics Coordinator!

Are you highly organised with a knack for coordination and detail? We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing transport, freight, and inventory operations. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the central link between internal teams and external logistics partners.
What You'll Do
- Transport Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain and update the daily road transport manifest.
- Track and follow up on delivery statuses for consignments.
- Act as the main contact for Customer Service, Procurement, and Warehouse teams regarding carrier communication.
- Invoice Processing
- Process and reconcile weekly invoices from local transport providers, 3PL partners, and international carriers.
- Freight Management (Sea & Air)
- Source quotations for ad hoc sea and air freight shipments.
- Plan and book freight to meet delivery timelines for intercompany affiliates.
- Prepare and forward export documentation to forwarders and consignees.
- Import/Export Coordination
- File import documents in SharePoint and liaise with clearing and delivery agents.
- Coordinate container arrivals and export loading with the warehouse.
- Monitor and update inventory details for 3PL-managed stock.
- CHEP & Pallet Management
- Accurately process CHEP hire, transfer, and return transactions.
- Accurately process CHEP hire, transfer, and return transactions.
- Essential: Strong SAP experience.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
- Previous experience in logistics, freight, or transport coordination is highly regarded.

What You'll Be Doing
Keep things on track: Update the daily transport manifest and follow up on deliveries.
Be the hub: Communicate with Customer Service, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to make sure everyone's in the loop.
Handle the numbers: Process and reconcile invoices from transport providers and logistics partners.
Manage freight: Get quotes, book shipments, and prepare export documents for sea and air freight.
Coordinate imports/exports: Work with clearing agents, manage container arrivals, and keep inventory info up to date.
CHEP & pallet management: Process hire, transfer, and return transactions accurately.
