Test Analyst Salesforce contract role working on a major CRM transformation.

Your new role

As the Test Analyst, you will support the ongoing development of the organisation's enterprise CRM platform, built on the Salesforce ecosystem. The platform is used to improve engagement across key points in the learner and partner journey, and your role will ensure high-quality delivery of new features, integrations and data migrations.

You will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers and SMEs to define, document and execute detailed positive and negative test scripts. Your responsibilities will include functional and non-functional testing, system integration testing, data migration testing, user acceptance testing and production verification.
You will also play a key role in capturing and prioritising test outcomes using Zephyr, contributing to test plans and summary reports, and ensuring testing activities align with delivery timelines.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience working with the Salesforce stack
• Strong background in testing, including functional, system integration, data migration, UAT and production verification
• Proven ability to write comprehensive and effective test scripts that validate features, workflows, integrations and data movements
