We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic Branch Administrator to join our Hope Valley team on a full-time basis. If you enjoy variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a supportive, high-performing team, this could be the role for you.
About The Role
This is a key support role responsible for the day-to-day administration of our Southwest depots. You’ll work closely with operations, finance, and other Branch Administrators to keep things running smoothly.
Duties include (but are not limited to) payroll, invoicing, mobilisation of people & assets, and general branch administration.
Systems used include FCC, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising purchase orders as required
- Billing, invoicing, payroll/timesheets and purchasing support
- Submitting invoices through customer portals
- Monitoring inventory, stock control and ordering
- Maintaining procurement records (POs, invoices, contracts, supplier details)
- Assisting with purchasing processes and PO generation
- Collaborating with finance and operations to ensure timely, accurate processing
You’ll Bring
- Experience using systems such as FCC (desirable)
- Administration experience, ideally within the shutdown or industrial services sector (on-the-job training provided)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Ability to work on-site in our Hope Valley office, Monday to Friday, with 1 day working in the Bunbury office. Transport to and from Bunbury will be provided by the Company.
- Alternatively, ability to work on-site in our Bunbury office Monday to Friday, with travel to Hope Valley as required by the business, is avalible for a Bunbury local. Transport to and from Bunbury will be provided by the Company.
- National Police Clearance (within 12 months or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
