- End-to-End Sales Cycle: Engage with consultants, subcontractors, and end-users across the full project lifecycle-specification to installation-within Tier 1 and Tier 2 commercial construction projects.
- Relationship-Led Sales: Sell directly to site owners (hospitals, universities, data centres) and mechanical contractors, leveraging a feature-and-benefit selling approach to build lasting partnerships.
- OEM Product Leadership: Represent a global manufacturing leader (Victaulic) with engineered solutions produced in Canada, USA, China, and Mexico-no direct competitor in the full system.
- Ideal Candidate Profile: Energetic, driven, and commercially hungry professionals from HVAC or construction-related industries (e.g. Daikin, Hilti, Mitsubishi) encouraged to apply.
- Structured Development Pathway: Comprehensive onboarding through 90-day internal program and Victaulic University, with an international visit to HQ in the U.S. as part of your training.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or account management within the industrial tooling, mining services, or hire equipment sectors
- Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and convert new opportunities into long-term partnerships
- A commercial mindset with the ability to quote, tender, and deliver value-led solutions rather than competing on price
- An understanding of construction services sector, ideally with exposure to HVAC, tooling, or industrial maintenance services
- High level of initiative and resilience - capable of working independently while contributing to a broader national team
- A track record of stability and tenure - someone who is committed to developing a long-term career in business development
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong ability to manage a sales pipeline across project and service-based accounts
Conditions:
