Description:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
  • Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the industry.
  • A strong understanding of market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for sales and reporting.
  • A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel when required.

Conditions:

  • Competitive salary package ranging from $90,000 to $115,000 AUD.
  • 12% superannuation, commission structure, company car/car allowance, and tools of trade.
