Description:
Working from the Brisbane head office, you will take full responsibility for managing and developing the Queensland territory. Your focus will be on generating new business while strengthening relationships across a wide network of partners, managed service providers, and direct enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving agreed sales targets across new business accounts
- Maximising revenue from existing panels and preferred supplier arrangements
- Expanding direct customer accounts and identifying new opportunities
- Growing and nurturing partner and channel relationships
- Building and maintaining a qualified pipeline aligned to sales targets
- Managing and developing both new and existing accounts
- Representing the company at industry, marketing and sales events
- Managing tender responses, RFPs and panel submissions
Requirements:
You will bring proven experience in IT sales, ideally in a solutions, services, OEM or related technology environment. You are self‑motivated, results‑driven, and confident building strategic, long‑term client and partner relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Experience in solution‑based selling with the ability to clearly articulate value
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing full sales cycles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including RFP/EOI responses
- Capability to use internal systems for customer management and reporting
- Ability to engage and negotiate at all levels
- Experience working with partner networks (highly regarded)
- Exposure to IT asset lifecycle services, managed services, environmental services or OEM environments (advantageous but not essential)
