- Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4PM with some flexibility.
- Social media management across Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.
- Content creation (photo, video, stories, reels, on‑site filming).
- EDMs, automation & CRM optimisation (Salesforce).
- Dealer network communications & stakeholder engagement.
- Coordination of regular tradeshows.
- Reporting on performance analytics, ROI & campaign performance.
- Bringing fresh ideas that elevate brand presence.
You’re creative first, data‑curious second. You love making things, experimenting, and seeing your work out in the world. You’re organised, proactive, and not afraid to say, “I’ve got an idea - let’s try this.”
- Demonstrated experience in social media content creation.
- Spot content opportunities everywhere and enjoy producing original multimedia content (video, imagery, social assets).
- Know how to drive digital engagement and generate leads through smart campaigns.
- Feel confident planning and coordinating events with clear success outcomes.
- Enjoy reporting on performance, ROI, and what’s working.
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
- Lean into continuous improvement - suggesting smarter, simpler, better ways to do things.
- Thrive with autonomy, variety, and being close to the product and customers.
- Can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
