As the Online Brand Activation Manager for Kérastase, you will be pivotal in shaping the brand's digital footprint and driving its e-commerce success. Reporting to the Brand Business Activation Leader, you will lead the charge in creating immersive online experiences that connect with our professional partners and consumers, bringing the luxury and science of Kérastase to life in the digital world.
- Develop & Execute Digital Strategy: You will design and implement comprehensive online activation plans across e-retail, social media, and CRM to boost brand visibility and drive online sales.
- Lead E-commerce Excellence: You will manage the brand's presence on partner e-commerce sites, optimising online merchandising, content, and promotional campaigns to maximise performance.
- Drive Engaging Content: You will collaborate with marketing and advocacy teams to create compelling digital content that tells the Kérastase story, from product innovations to stylist expertise.
- Analyse & Optimise: You will monitor and analyse key performance indicators across all online channels, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and report on ROI.
We are seeking a creative and strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive digital growth for a premium brand. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have a strong understanding of the digital landscape. You excel at building collaborative relationships and are driven to achieve results with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or e-commerce, preferably within the beauty or luxury goods sector.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate brand objectives into effective online activation plans.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and optimise campaign performance.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative spirit, with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
