Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Group Marketing & Brand Lead, based in Southbank, VIC.
This role is not about posting content — it is about creating reasons for people to come, return, and advocate for YASSAS.
As the Group Marketing & Brand Lead, you will own the strategic direction and execution of marketing across all YASSAS venues. You will be responsible for turning the YASSAS spirit into consistent, revenue-driving energy through campaigns, activations, partnerships, and brand leadership.
You will work closely with venue managers, designers, and leadership to deliver marketing that is commercially effective, culturally authentic, and operationally aligned. This role exists to remove founders from daily marketing execution and build a scalable growth engine for the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Group Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Own a 12-month group marketing calendar and a rolling 90-day activation plan
- Develop campaigns around:
- Cultural moments (Greek, seasonal, local)
- High-impact trading dates (Valentine’s Day, Easter, summer periods)
- Low-season traffic drivers
- Menu launches and limited-time offers
- Ensure venues are prepared and aligned well in advance
