About the role
As an Executive Assistant at Tyro, you will provide high-quality, proactive support to the Chief People Officer (CPO, Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
This role is a central to enabling the executives to operate effectively by managing complex schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
This is a trusted individual contributor role that blends hands-on execution with sound judgement and anticipation. The EA works closely with senior leaders, internal teams and external stakeholders, and plays an important role in creating structure, flow and efficiency across executive priorities.
What you'll do
Executive Support:

Provide comprehensive executive assistance to the CPO, CGO and COO, including diary and inbox management, scheduling meeting, managing expenses, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Manage competing priorities across three executives, ensuring time is used effectively and critical commitments are met.

Proactively anticipate executive needs and provide solutions to support smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, professional and clear communication.
Meetings, Communication and Coordination:

Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, workshops and off-sites.

Draft, edit and mange correspondence, reports and presentations as required, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality.
Financial and Administrative Support:

Manage expenses, invoices and approvals, and support budget tracking where required.

Maintain organised records, documentation and filing systems in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
Events and Team Support:

Support the planning and execution of leadership meetings, team activities and events.

Partner with the other members of the Workplace Experience team and People team to support office events and activities, including providing cover during periods of leave when required.
What you'll bring:

Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders, ideally in a fast-paced, complex or growing organisation.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and external partners.
-
High level of discretion, professionalism and integrity when handling confidential information.
-
Comfortable working autonomously, using judgement to prioritise and make decisions.
-
Tech-savvy, with strong capability across calendar management, document preparation and collaboration tools .

Executive time is well-managed, with minimal clashes, clear preparation and smooth follow-through.
