Description:

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Solution Architect to work with our Enterprise customers and other AWS teams to craft cloud-based solutions, primarily in Melbourne. At AWS, customer obsession is at our Core. We are trusted advisors to our customers and partners and work with AWS sales, business development, solutions architecture and product teams to craft highly scalable, flexible and resilient cloud architectures that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services.

Key job responsibilities
Work with customers to solve complex problems by deploying the right configuration of AWS Services

Scale your Customer Advisory the Thought Leadership by building solutions for customer problems and then scaling them through blogs, white papers, presentations and Go-To-Market documentation that enables those around you to leverage your great work.

Advocate for customers and advance AWS Services by working with service teams to raise the bar in how we solve problems for customers

Requirements:

- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 5+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc. experience
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
