Description:
Reporting to the Director, Alcohol and Other Drugs Reform the Program Manager is responsible for leading Commission-led implementation activities under the Trauma Strategy, while supporting the coordination and reporting on actions led by partner agencies.The role provides strategic and operational leadership across the Trauma portfolio, including managing staff, overseeing project delivery to agreed milestones and working collaboratively across the Commission to advance trauma reform priorities.
This includes working closely with internal teams to design initiatives, develop procurement approaches and manage contracts and deliverables aligned with the Trauma Strategy.
This role will prepare high-quality briefs, reports and submissions related to the Trauma Strategy and trauma reform agenda, and provide well-reasoned, evidence-informed advice to senior leaders and stakeholders.
