We are seeking an experienced business development manager to drive corporate, MICE, wholesales and inbound business growth.
Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Drive business growth and make a commercial impact
- Secure new group, event and room night business across segments
- Position the resort as a compelling destination for business and leisure
- Lead presentations, contract negotiations and rate strategy
- Maximise yield and long-term account profitability
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless guest delivery
- Deliver strategic reporting aligned to revenue and target performance
- Represent the resort at industry events and trade shows
What you bring to the role:
- Proven BDM or senior sales experience within hospitality
- Strong corporate and MICE networks with demonstrated conversion success
- Commercial expertise across yield, contracting and revenue performance
- Ability to generate new business and grow high-value accounts
- Strategic thinking with confident negotiation skills
- Experience with PMS and sales management systems
- Leadership presence that supports collaboration and accountability
- Genuine appreciation for experience-led, destination-driven travel
