Minor Hotels are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Brand Marketing Executive to join our Head Office team in Brisbane. This role plays a key part in protecting and strengthening brand consistency across our hotel portfolio, supporting new hotel openings, brand transitions, and partnership rollouts.
You will act as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative assets, communications, and on-property materials align with established brand standards while supporting cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution.
What You’ll Do
Brand Governance & Portfolio Support
- Ensure all marketing materials, on-property collateral, and digital content align with brand standards, visual identity, and tone of voice.
- Manage end-to-end brand collateral requests from properties, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
- Coordinate across Brand, Marketing, Operations, and Property teams to deliver brand initiatives effectively.
- Support the activation and rollout of brand partnerships across properties.
- Assist with brand performance reporting, monitoring brand health metrics and consumer sentiment.
New Hotel Openings & Brand Transitions
- Support the implementation of brand standards across new hotel openings and rebrands.
- Coordinate pre-opening brand requirements, ensuring marketing deliverables are completed on time and to standard.
- Assist in managing timelines for signage, collateral, in-room materials, and transition assets.
- Support launch marketing plans by coordinating milestones, content needs, and asset delivery.
- Assist with the localisation and rollout of new brands entering the market.
