Innovation Division's Private Sector Partnerships team enables and grows partnerships with the private sector, corporate and government agencies to create collaborative innovation-led projects in Queensland.Working within the Private Sector Partnerships team you will assist with the delivery and management of a range of initiatives and partnerships which aim to drive open innovation and support our team to collaborate with corporates, innovators, small businesses and government agencies.
As The Principal Project Officer, You Will
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with industry and government partners to identify and deliver opportunities for collaboration.
- Manage key relationships and deliver programs with key stakeholders, including leading meetings, facilitating network connections and managing contract deliverables.
- Create and foster relationships across the innovation ecosystem, through engagement with external stakeholders and other government agencies.
- Work strategically to actively resolve problems and deliver outcomes and results in a fast paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professional processes and protocols.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on complex issues related to program delivery, including the preparation of proposals, briefs and correspondence.
- Work collaboratively across the team, supporting other colleagues on key projects, where required.
- Represent the team at key events and meetings, including leading meetings to progress strategic priorities.
- Foster a workplace culture that supports and promotes the interests of First Nations people and actively engage through our work to contribute to better outcomes for First Nations people.
