Next Gen @ Hunter St. is a 6-month, full-time paid traineeship designed for motivated candidates who want to build real skills, gain a nationally recognised qualification, and start a long-term career in hospitality. Delivered across some of Sydney's most vibrant venues, this program combines on-the-job experience with formal training.
