- Sales Excellence: Drive sales performance by expertly showcasing the breadth of the FENDI collection, engaging in upselling and cross-selling strategies to exceed targets and KPIs.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and expand the FENDI community through strategic CRM activities, exclusive events, and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Brand Presentation: Uphold the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring a captivating and luxurious environment that aligns with FENDI's aesthetic.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain meticulous stock management practices and adhere to all security compliance protocols.
