Project Governance Advisors / PMO Operations Analyst

Description:

• Associate & Senior roles available.
• PMO Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Governance Analyst
• Collaborate with Portfolio Operations and project teams to align divisional activities with the implementation roadmap.
• Document current-state processes and co-design future-state workflows with key stakeholders.
• Elicit, validate, and manage functional and non-functional requirements in partnership with business and project teams.
• Participate in product demonstrations, showcases, and fortnightly Working Group forums.
• Contribute to the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and deliver targeted change communications to drive clarity and buy-in.
• Partner with the Project Change Manager to execute change plans, including impact assessments and communication strategies.
• Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate end-to-end system training delivery.
• Update business processes and documentation to align with the new system.
• Support data migration and go-live readiness activities.
• Develop Day-1 support plans, manage hypercare, and oversee transition to BAU in collaboration with project and business teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in consultancy, strategy, and change management within the Public Sector.
• Strong knowledge of business readiness and change management frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, or a related field.
