Description:
- Associate & Senior roles available.
- PMO Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Governance Analyst
- Collaborate with Portfolio Operations and project teams to align divisional activities with the implementation roadmap.
- Document current-state processes and co-design future-state workflows with key stakeholders.
- Elicit, validate, and manage functional and non-functional requirements in partnership with business and project teams.
- Participate in product demonstrations, showcases, and fortnightly Working Group forums.
- Contribute to the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and deliver targeted change communications to drive clarity and buy-in.
- Partner with the Project Change Manager to execute change plans, including impact assessments and communication strategies.
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate end-to-end system training delivery.
- Update business processes and documentation to align with the new system.
- Support data migration and go-live readiness activities.
- Develop Day-1 support plans, manage hypercare, and oversee transition to BAU in collaboration with project and business teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in consultancy, strategy, and change management within the Public Sector.
- Strong knowledge of business readiness and change management frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, or a related field.
