The PITCH

We are creators, creative industry rogues, and SuperBowl stars. We are not just on the internet; we are creating the stuff the internet wants to see. We're insane for what we do and the people we do it with. We move so fast and make so much good shit that we can't even keep up with ourselves. So, we need more folks just like us, the unconventional, less-obvious, unseasoned ( or over seasoned ) creative pros. But above all - passionate makers and culture shakers.

Want in? We love subversive artists, obsessive makers, dedicated creators and we don't care if you're a baby fresh to the workforce or working on your third act. What's your hustle? Documentarian? DJ? Sports junkie? Fashionista? Blogger? Vlogger? Retired logger? Are you an Insta-feind? An unabashed TikToker? Or both? We're down with all of that. Just as long as you love making shit and are really good at it.

Here's where you come in.

  • Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics (views, likes, comments, etc).
  • Serve as an algorithm-fluent editor with deep expertise in hooks, pacing, structure, and retention across social platforms — the primary owner of DJ-ing, remixing, and optimizing content to drive scalable performance.
  • Principally accountable for performance tuning and platform success, turning good content into scalable content through continuous optimization and creative iteration.
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos, ensuring assets are optimized natively for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube — with a performance-creative mindset, not post-production only.
  • Stay up to date with platform algorithms, emerging formats, creator trends, and editing techniques to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive in feeds.
  • Bring ideas to the table and participate in ideation, while recognizing that the core value of the role is making the work work through execution, testing, and optimization.
  • Collaborate effectively with your teammates and cross functional departments on rapid fire requests and tight timelines.
  • Attend creative brainstorms, kickoffs, and team meetings, contributing meaningful ideas and helping shape performance-driven strategy.
  • Mentor Creators, and even in some cases Art Directors and Copywriters, on your team and across the agency; following the leadership of your A/CD, you help guide and educate on best practices, ideating, execution, and performance optimization.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years experience in content creation.
  • Expert in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programs (i.e. Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator).
  • Execute high editing techniques.
  • Proficient in AI tools, e.g. Gemini, Weavy AI, TikTok Symphony, Nano Bana Pro
  • Knowledgeable in AVID, AVID Symphony, Pro Tools.
  • Proficient in sound design, mixing, and color correction.
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflow.
  • Adept at organising projects, managing workload for multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable with Google Apps suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc).
  • Ability to communicate needs in a positive and productive fashion.
  • Resourceful, diligent, creative in problem-solving with high attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities and assignments simultaneously under strict deadlines with minimal direction at times.
  • Adequate knowledge of contemporary cameras, file formats, codecs, and their proper handling in a post workflow.
  • Master the ability to turn any branded content into a volume of social gold (clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.)
  • Work with a wide range and quality of video and static imagery - from a collection of photography to short video clips
  • Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to create and manipulate video, a plethora of photography, social copy, gifs, short clips, streaming stories, etc.
  • Thrives in a company of good people but can also clearly demonstrate an ability to get things done without direct supervision.
