Description:
TAG is looking for a Graphic Designer to support our creative team 1–2 days per week, with flexibility to scale.
This is a support-focused role within our design team, working across a mix of digital marketing and brand projects. You’ll help bring campaigns and content to life across a range of touchpoints, contributing to work that is considered, consistent and effective.
You’ll be involved in:
- Organic and paid social content
- Meta ad creative
- Email marketing campaigns
- Presentation decks
- Campaign rollout assets
- General design support across clients
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 1–3 years experience in a design role (agency experience a bonus, not essential)
- Has a strong foundation in typography, layout and composition
- Understands how design translates across digital platforms
- Can confidently work within brand guidelines
- Manages their time well and takes ownership of their tasks
- Is comfortable collaborating with content, strategy and creative teams
- Is proactive, reliable and open to feedback
Motion experience (After Effects or similar) is a plus, but not essential.
This role would suit a junior designer building momentum in their career, or a mid-weight looking for a flexible position within a high-standard creative environment.
