Studio designer / Final artist

Description:

Enigma is in growth mode, and we're looking for a studio designer/final artist who isn't only accomplished but also restless. Someone with the hands-on craft to execute at a high level, the instinct to move fast without ever letting quality slip, and a genuine obsession with the tools and technologies reshaping how great design gets made.

This is a role for someone who treats ai like the creative superpower it is, who has already woven it into their workflow not because someone told them to, but because they couldn't help themselves.

What You'll Do

• Own the output – be the engine behind asset rollout and adaptation, taking campaigns from concept to polished final with speed and precision.
• Roll up your sleeves – this is a hands-on role. You design, produce, adapt, and finish. Every file that leaves your hands is tight, considered, and craft-led.
• Work smarter – use ai and emerging tools to fly through production without cutting corners. Bring ideas on how to do things better and be willing to share them.
• Champion craft and clarity – push beyond the mechanical and find the difference between a colour that's close and one that's right. You notice bad kerning on restaurant menus. That's the level.
• Set new standards – help establish best-in-class production processes and a high benchmark for studio output across digital, print, and ooh.
  
  

What You'll Bring

A strong portfolio of studio and finished art work that demonstrates a command of craft and meticulous attention to detail. A workflow built with tools that makes you faster by automating processes.

A deep understanding of design fundamentals — colour, typography, design systems — and equal fluency across print and digital craft, from paper stock and printing techniques to production for screen.

Real experience using ai tools in your workflow. Not experimentally. In the work.

A natural affinity for technology and design, the kind that doesn't clock off at 5pm. Proven years in a design studio, agency, or in-house team delivering outstanding work.
